Tungsten carbide rod with single straight holes is tungsten carbide round rod, which has one radial holesThese rods are mainly used for manufacturing mills, drills, drill bits and other tools, but we also use them for processing cold heading die, stamping die, cold punching ball, warheads, watch parts for stamping, punching battery shell, toothpaste tubes and other molds. Types available are:
Tungsten carbide rods diameter from 0.5mm-45mm, length from 38.1mm-1000mm
One coolant hole rods diameter from 3mm -30mm, length is 330mm
Two coolant holes rods diameter from 4mm -20mm, length is 330mm
Two spiral coolant hole with 30 degree, diameter from 6mm -20mm, length is 330mm

WH10 WC: 90%, CO:10%, Grain size: 0.8, Density: 14.4, Hardness: 91.8HRA, T.R.S: 3800
WH06 WC: 94%, CO:6%, Grain size: 0.4, Density: 14.85, Hardness: 94.8HRA, T.R.S: 3800
WH08 WC: 92%, CO:8%, Grain size: 0.4, Density: 14.65, Hardness: 93.6HRA, T.R.S: 3800
WH12 WC: 88%, CO:12%, Grain size: 0.4, Density: 14.25, Hardness: 92.6HRA, T.R.S: 3500
